2018 Baseball Sign-Ups

Registration Fees:

Bam Bam (3 & 4) - $60.00

T-Ball (5 & 6) - $75.00

Rookie (7) - $80.00

8 year old - $85.00

Minor (9-10) - $105.00
Major (11-12) - $105.00
Jr./Sr. (13-16) - $120.00
Family Cap (Registration Fees Only) $250.00
   
Each player is expected to sell 1 box of candy bars; if you wish not to sell candy bars you may buyout of the fundraiser for $30.00

Online registration will be open on January 19, 2018 at www.fdmll.org.  If you sign-up online you must pay the candy bar buyout fee of $30.  If you wish to sell candy bars you must register at one of the dates above. 

We will take late sign ups until teams are full but please be advised each year leagues fill up quickly and once the candy bars run out there will be an additional $30 buyout fee for all late sign ups.
